I have used Addison Lee a number of times as they are one of a few who take pets. In the beginning there were considerate and nice drivers. Then it all went downhill. I have had a number of drivers who are driving way too fast it is not safe for even me as a passenger. The car stinks of smoke quite often and the driver is usually rude.Last night was the final straw for me. I had to take my dog to the hospital for an emergency procedure and when we left the driver arrived having had his windows down in the pouring rain leaving me the pleasure of a wet seat to sit on. He was speeding in a dangerous manner and I asked him to slow down explaining my dog had just been ill and therefore going too fast was not helping the situation. He said he would slow down, he didn't if anything he went faster. I asked him again and he slowed down but it was still too fast. The pricing is over the top and not worth it for the customer service provided. I've had enough of this and I won't be using this company ever again. I would rather walk than put up with Addison Lee.

Ive used AL a couple of times but the sadly they fell well short of the mark last time. I was quoted £56 and ended up being charged almost £100. Customer Service was shoddy at best, they even tried to charge me for parking at St Pancras despite the fact I was collected from Heathrow. They also tried to overcharge vastly for waiting time. Driver was great, company disappointing.- I have already been through your Customer Relations email which precipitated this review.

Wonderful service again. I've booked Addison Lee a few times for my parents who need a wheelchair accessable car. Always arrive before the time that's been booked, drivers always happy to help and drive safely. Costs always made clear at the point of booking and far cheaper than a black cab or general taxi.

Consistently their drivers suddenly brake, swerve then accelerate - often on motorways - only to repeat the whole process over again. Either they can’t drive properly or they’re knackered and dropping off at the wheel? I’m often rather worried for my safety. I use them regularly through my employer but we have a choice and I’ll try others to see if I can have a more peaceful, comfortable and smooth journey home after a long shift.

Really disappointed in this service. Specifically chose them because I could prebook an animal friendly taxi (had a cage of 4 ducklings). Waited an hour. They never arrived, still got charged. Ended up getting another company.Wouldn't use again.

Unreliable, my Daughter works for the NHS, working at GOSH hospital on Christmas day booked a taxi in advance, they were 1 hour late at pick up from home and 1 hour late at drop off home. stay away from Addison Lee.

Beware of unloading and loading time rip off . They cheat . And then you have to make the effort of having to call them Dont give them your credit card at all !

I have booked a small van online to move flats. Driver has arrived with a big van and constantly pressured me to upgrade for more expensive services, which I have refused. From original payment of 58£ I have ended up paying 100£, where the amount has not been agreed with me prior to taking it from my bank account. DO NOT USE Addison Lee vans to move houses

Absolute sh@t experinece! was waiting for taxi for an hour and then just had to take the tube as customer service just hang up on me! Never again! Will try my best to convince my company to use black cabs or anyone else whi needs money and respects their clients

Just been nearly run over by an Addison Lee driver using the backstreets in Peckham as a rally course. RV18 MBU. Never seen an Addison Lee cab being driven to its limits before but its a scary sight. I would have called AL direct to report their driver but I could not get through.

Putting drivers in debt and cant help those who worked out throughout covid 19. Full of lies as they said they are not recruiting any drivers but flooded in drivers because they want to cover the cost of their vehicles sitting in the garage that other drivers gave back n left work due to cover 19. Not prioritising the ones who gave time for them during covid 19. Bunch of crooks and liers. Recruiting and tom Harry and duck and we all get blamed for it for 1 person
